PNTC Colleges – Maritime Training Center is in need of Training Compliance Officer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or any related program.
- At least one (1) year work experience in an office environment.
- Preference is given to those who have worked in education or training institutions.
- Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, plan, and lead the accreditation and renewal of accreditation of training courses.
o Monitor deadline of submissions for the accreditation and renewal of training courses.
o Coordinate with subject matter experts for the necessary equipment needed.
- Prepare, plan, and lead during inspections and audits by clients or government regulatory bodies.
o Coordinate with staff for client visits, inspections, or audits in various sites, i.e. Tanza.
o Facilitate mock audits or mock inspection.
- Prepare and lead in the ISO audit for the functions of the Maritime Training Center.
o Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve preventive or corrective findings obtained from surveys,
inspections, or audits.
o Create and monitor corrective action plan of the Maritime Training Center.
- Monitor and generate reports on customer and trainee monthly satisfaction survey.
o Inform various offices of the survey’s results and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent
recurrence of negative feedback.
- Monitor the conduct of classroom instructions and practical training to ensure that they comply with the standards.
- Prevent breach of sensitive information in the Maritime Training Center.
o Act as an oversight to the Training Resource Custodian and Training Resource Developers for the safekeeping
and security of files and records.
- Monitor the issuances of teaching materials.
- Assist in the conduct of pilot testing, validation of test instruments, exercise scenarios and other related assessment instruments in coordination with subject matter experts and Training Resource Developers.
- Coordinate with Client Relations Office for client concerns.
