Course Overview

Refresher on Basic Training (RBT) ensures that seafarers’ skills and knowledge are up-to-date and in continuing compliance with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). It is a requirement in the revalidation of the BT Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
