PNTC Colleges – Maritime Training Center is in need of qualified Documentation and Reporting Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related program.
  • Fresh graduates are accepted.
  • Preference is given to those who have worked in education or training institutions.
  • Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encodes trainee’s information into internal systems.
  • Ensure that all mandatory reports and records are created, organized, filed, and submitted to the MARINA STCW Office and MARINA Regional Offices on time.
  • Complete and verify the required information of trainees in MARINA’s MISMO system.
  • Conduct daily operations of the Training Registrar’s Office specifically, training registration and documentation procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Training Registration Officer for re-scheduling, cancellation of course, and replacement of certificates upon approval by the Training Registrar.
  • Verify training schedule and fill up all necessary information in the Enrollment Report (ER).
  • Coordinate with the Training Office for trainee’s attendance records, grades, TCROA, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Client Relations Office for client concerns and answer client queries in the enrollment procedure, training schedules, fees, TCROA, etc.
