The Training Resource and Research Developer develops is responsible for constructing, revising, and ensuring the quality and compliance of educational materials, coordinating with various departments, conducting pilot testing and validation, and supporting accreditation and regulatory compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, curriculum development, or any related field
- Licensed Professional Teacher is preferred but not required
- With experience in curriculum development and assessment design
- Knowledge of educational best practices and assessment methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in using IT software and technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, Quipper)
