Provide your SRN during registration of training courses

All trainees, including beginners, must provide their Seafarer’s Registration Number (SRN) when signing up for STCW mandatory training courses at PNTC Colleges – Maritime Training and Assessment Center (MTAC).

The SRN is a unique 10-digit number assigned to a seafarer registered under the Philippine government through MARINA, and is used in various transactions between a seafarer and the Authority through the MARINA MISMO System

Seafarers who do not have their own SRN may visit https://online-appointment.marina.gov.ph/ to register in the MISMO System, which will auto-generate the SRN. For questions or assistance, please contact MARINA’s SRN help desk at [email protected].
